Favourable location just a pleasant stroll away from iconic fortress. 0.5 miles from the airport. Huge room, fantastic breakfasts. Variety of options, great food.

Great location in the Walled City steps away from everything, and 5 minute walk from Marina Park. Also - right by all the nice shops and restaurants, A short walk to the Clock Tower Plaza and the Old Town which is a colonial gem.

The location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from a colonial plaza. The breakfast was incredible and delicious, we were provided with freshly cut fruit and free wifi and fresh squeezed juice. The vibe here was contemporary.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from the restaurant and breakfast and sights and museums in the old city and Playa Blanca. The room was airy and luxurious, complete with TV as well as a drink. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Cartagena.

The location was good and beautiful, and we could reach Cartagena's Gold Museum by walking. The staff helped us with everything. Nicely furnished rooms and climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television included.
The staff we met were very busy.

Everything was exceptional, and it had free wi-fi. The room was airy, I really enjoyed the bed and luxurious bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible.

That was pleasant hotel set in great area, right by the restaurant and breakfast, the Old City of Cartagena, and A short walk to the Clock Tower Plaza. Everything was exceptional, even so a few employees were particularly busy. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was excellent. Truly enjoyed our stay in this venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the walled city. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to several landmarks, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, especially the rooftop pool and bar, were stunning. The a la carte breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff ensured everything was fresh and tasty.

Reception staff did not understand nor know how to go about processing online bookings from Booked.net. Double-charged me.Could do better to improve their English as well.

The hotel is beautiful designed. It’s a good spot for honeymooners. The service experience is wonderful..
There are some inconveniences. And in spite the beauty of the ambiance, the hotel have very noise rooms. I stayed at the 6th floor. And it gets very, very noise. I could not get a good rest, because these rooms are at the hallway of the pool, so all day long there is people going in and out of this area. The noise also comes from the outside, and you get to hear absolutely all the street noise, so you have inside and outside noise. Do not pick or accept rooms from the last floor. The other inconvenience, even if you’re on leisure, you probably need to use the internet as I did. But is useless, It does not work.

Location: the hotel was just off several landmarks with others, all the nice shops and restaurants and Cartagena from December 28- January 2. The staff was really kind and extremely great and made me feel at home.
The service was excellent, nonetheless some people working there were very busy.
